Boots opens new Limerick store while celebrating 20 years at city’s shopping centre

Boots has opened a new store in The Crescent Shopping Centre, Limerick.

Boots has announced the opening of a second store at The Crescent Centre Limerick, as it celebrates 20 years in the shopping centre.

The second Boots store will retain the 30 existing colleagues and create 10 new roles.

Commenting on the opening of the new store, Stephen Watkins, Managing Director of Boots Ireland said: “Boots Ireland is celebrating 20 years in the Crescent Shopping Centre, what better way to celebrate the milestone than investing in a new store in the centre! Our new location doubles our footprint and is the ultimate destination in the region for our customer’s beauty needs in a stunning new beauty hall. We’re delighted to bring the biggest global and Irish beauty brands to Limerick and I can’t wait for customers to experience our new location. I wish Melanie and all the team there lots of success.”

The new store will have a new premium beauty hall which will offer a vast range of premium brands such as Estée Lauder, Clinique and Lancôme with new additions such as Sol de Janeiro and Too Faced. For the fragrance connoisseurs, there will be a huge selection of Chanel and Dior alongside a stunning offering from YSL.

The store will also offer a number of exclusives such as Dermalogica Clear Start and the CeraVe- discovery set available to Limerick shoppers. And No7 takes pride of place with a stellar skincare and cosmetics offering, from the latest launches of Future Renew, Derm Solutions and the new capsule cosmetic collection.

The cosmetics offering will include everything from the latest trends such as the infamous E.L.F. primer or Sculpted by Aimee’s Treasured gift.

The Cresent store will operate on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday from 9.30am to 6pm, on Thursday and Friday from 9.30am to 9pm and on Sunday from 12pm to 6pm.
