SalesSense International rebrands, announces 100 jobs

SalesSense International has rebranded to ‘Uniquely’ and announced the creation of 100 jobs over the next 18 months.

The new jobs will be based at its customer engagement centre in Dundalk.

Founded in 2006, the Irish-owned company works with organisations to enhance their customer engagement and satisfaction.

These include Irish and international businesses such as AIB, Bord Gáis Energy, Sky, Pinergy, SSE Airtricity and the Irish Red Cross.

The company said this latest investment in the North East of the country is in response to increased demand for its services across all business areas.

“We collaborate with leading banks in financial services on innovative care solutions, we are pioneering sustainable strategies in utilities, and we are transforming communications sales and support in the telecoms sector,” said Gerard Teahon, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Uniquely.

“Across all these domains, our central mission is to elevate standards in customer support and engagement, ensuring exceptional care is woven into the fabric of every sector we touch,” he added.

Tánaiste Micheál Martin said today is a significant milestone for the company and good news for the region.

“Today’s announcement is a great boost for Dundalk and the wider North East area, and it paves the way for even further innovation,” he said.

Uniquely has Customer Engagement Centres in Dundalk and Galway, field sales teams operating across the country, as well as offices in Manchester.
